WorkPlaceLive to demystify 'the cloud' at We Mean Business

WorkPlaceLive, a UK based IT provider specialising in hosted desktops and cloud computing services, is exhibiting at the We Mean Business Expo 2013 in Croydon on Thursday, November 7, to showcase the business benefits of moving into ‘the cloud’ and the services they offer.

Now in its fifth year, the We Mean Business Expo 2013 is south London’s leading exhibition, putting delegates in touch with 100 local businesses and providing the opportunity to discuss their products and services and participate in seminars and other events, including speed networking.

WorkPlaceLive is a Croydon-based business, established in 2006 and was one of the first UK providers of Hosted Desktop Services. The company is now one of the leading providers of cloud services in the industry. Hosted desktops and VoIP services give customers and their employees the freedom to work from anywhere in the world using ‘the cloud’, as easily as they would in their own office.

Joseph Blass, chief executive of WorkPlaceLive said: “Most businesspeople use some form of cloud based IT service both at home and at work. However, so far relatively few companies have deserted their expensive servers and moved everything into the cloud. I am looking forward to talking with delegates about how a full cloud solution can bring real freedom from IT CAPEX and constraints.”

“We have a wide range of customers including accountants, law firms, recruitment companies, charities, car body repair shops leisure companies and many more who are all benefiting from a fully hosted desktop service which turns their IT into a simple utility.

"We hope to meet many local businesses owners and help them gain a better understanding of cloud computing and the benefits it could deliver.”
